[pchelpers] Re: smsx.exe?

Yes I did find that page already, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how 
to get rid of it.  No one out there seems to know how.  I could just delete it 
but will that really work?  I don't even have an official name for it other 
than smsx.exe.  If anyone can suggest something let me know.  Thanks!
