That still may be advisable. A number like 14816 suggests all or most of
the available space can be used for a swap file. That's not necessary,
and can cause some problems with space not being avalable to do other
things. Set them both to a more moderate value as suggested to
discourage windows from constantly messing about with it. A scratch file
of 100MB is usually enough.
