Your instructions are very good and clear. You can also follow the very same
instructions for the full version of Outlook as well.

PS You will also need to read all of the links supplied and then do a search
of all of the various extensions that this virus generates. I realize this
maybe a lot of hard work but I think this is better than having to reformat
your HD and starting all over again. If you have made any recent backups you
will need to search them out very well before using as this may re-infect
you all over again.

I'm assuming you are using Outlook Express 6 so that these instruction will
apply:
Plan A:
Click on your Address Book and when the box with the complete list comes up,
then click on Edit.
The drop-down box from Edit offers Select All. Click on that and you will
notice all the addresses become highlighted.
In the same row where Edit is found, you will find Action and by clicking on
Action the drop-down box will give you the option of Send Mail. By clicking
on Send Mail you will have created one e-mail message to be sent to all
(150?) addresses in your book.
Supply your message and the same message will be sent to all 150 addresses
... AND everyone will see all those addresses.

We probably want "Plan B" (the alternative.) Once again, these instruction
will apply IF you are using Outlook Express 6 as that is what I am testing
with.
Create a new message.
When you click on "TO" to retrieve addresses you see ALL addresses in your
Address Book.
     Select (highlight) the top address then hold the Shift Button down at
the same time as you hold the arrow button down on your keyboard. All
addresses will then be highlighted.
     Click on BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) and your message will be sent to all
of them without each person seeing everyone else's address.
I suggest you put your OWN address in the TO box.

My sister-in-law became distraught when a virus got in her home PC. She was
very appreciative to learn of the link:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/ which helped her immensely to detect the
little critter as well as get rid of it. Then she downloaded AVG Anti-Virus
System http://www.grisoft.com/ and has been quite happy. I notice your
e-mails include the information that you also use AVG.  :-)
