[pchelpers] Re: sigh!

I read this link today which explains why the virus can be circulating with
addresses you don't recognize.

I suggest that you send out an email to all who you communicate with and let
them know how to get the AVG program which is free to anyone that wants to
download it. And then it might be wise for you to tell them also that if
they do not have and maintain an update virus program that they should not
send you anymore emails. I realize this is harsh, yet if they do not take
precautions then you may never be free of this beast.

Sigh! Been sent that stupid virus thing seven times. Someone said they got
it from me. Today all the titles of my e-mails are gone some say they can't
open because they don't have enough memory. I scanned with three virus
checkers it says I'm virus free. Me thinks they lie! Anyone of you amazing
friends out there able to help me? IN pure simple english for a simple
  minded wanna be PC nerd?

Pen sighing hoping to not become desperate
