[pchelpers] script error

Can anyone help with a script error?
She also said:
I tried repairing IE and I did not have the option of "Internet Explorer Repair"
When I went to Add/Remove  I did not have an option to "Repair"

something has happened that I can no longer print (or get print
preview)from e-mail or web sites, can someone help fix this? My
computer is Windows 2000 Me
The error that I get is:
