[pchelpers] Re: rundll error / friend's computer

Thanks John.  He's using win xp.  I think that page Scott sent will get rid
of the problem for him.  I also had a bridge.dll error problem for a while a
while back and was using xp.  I got rid of it, so I'm hoping he'll be able
to do the same.
