[pchelpers] Re: rundll error / friend's computer

If using win 98 he can use the SFC restore file option to get one from 
the CD. If nowmal windows cannot be started, what about using the 
windows boot disk to copy the .CAB filed to the hard drive, start in 
safe mode and try it there. The CAB files can be treated as if they were 
the CD. Failing that, the CD could be used to re-install over it, thus 
replacing the file in the process.
