[pchelpers] rundll error / friend's computer

Someone I know emailed me.
They are getting an error message:
at top:     RUNDLL
          
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
           in box->   Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\bridge.dll
                            The specified module could not be found.


He sent me in txt form his registry that I can email you if that is helpful.  
He's wanting to fix this and so I'm asking the list for help.
