A friend brought me her computer to look at. Right now I'm drawing a blank. I know what I want to do, but havn't done it in so long I can't remember how. It is an HP running ME. When it starts it goes to the menu "normal, logged, safe mode, step by step. If you choose logged or step by step it just goes into a loop bringing up the same menu. If you choose normal or safe mode you get the Windows protection blue screen. I want to run restore but can't remember if it can be done from Dos. Or I want to restore a backup reg file and can't remember the Dos commands. Anyone can remind me? Pc --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
