Not sure what you mean with an email link.
If you mean an attachment and making TB automatically save or open a
certain type:
tools < options < attachments < view and edit actions
If you mean a direct download link in an email, in other words an
Internet address linking to a file, all i can think of is rightclicking
and choosing "save link target", but i'm sure there's a way of
automating that. If that's what you want, you may want to ask in the TB
