Don't mess with the registry! You don't know enough about it. Doing
something wrong in the registry can cripple the computer so badly that
it won't start at all anymore.

Why would you want programs back that slowed down your computer, spied
on you, and maybe did worse things??!! CounterSpy is the market leader
in spyware removal; you can be sure that there were no mistakes in its
decisions in removing scummy and worse programs from your computer.

A situation in which a good antispyware program like CounterSpy asks if
you want to ignore something is when it finds some scummy program that
some people like to use even if it spies on them. For example, there are
some dishonest programs that offer to remember your passwords for you or
do something else you like such as tell you the weather or the exact
time, but they also spy on what Internet sites you visit and send you
ads that they think will interest you. Since most normal users don't
know about the honest free programs that do the same things, they think
they have to put up with the scummy (or worse) programs.

To make a long story short, always let antispyware programs quarantine
or remove all spyware that they find and only choose Ignore if you know
and really like the program that the antispyware wants to zap. Then find
a spyware-free program that does the same as the program you like and
get rid of the spyware program.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
