[pchelpers] Re: reformatting hard drive

Then assuming it works, when the time comes to format the drive, follow 
this procedure:
Shut down (power off for 30 seconds)
Put the disk in A: drive
Startup (let the floppy boot the system)
At the DOS prompt type what is on the line below
FORMAT C: /S
Press Enter
Wait for it to finish, then reboot from A:
Put the windows 98 CD in the CD drive
Go to the CD drive by entering
D:
or whichever the drive letter is, then type SETUP
Follow the process through to install windows.

Note: Afterwards, you need to  set up your internet account/connection 
again, along with all your applications.
