[pchelpers] Re: reformatting hard drive

Good, but I also suggest that after formatting and re-installing, you 
put back the antivirus/spyware utilities first and update them. Then 
before copying back the other files, why not scan the media to see if 
they are clean? This way, nothing can sneak back onto the system.
