That's the IP address of your own computer. If you check the manual,
you'll probably find that McAfee sets up a POP3 server on your
computer and redirects your email program to use it. Is this an older
version of the program? I thought I'd heard that this was a deprecated
method of intercepting email; the current favored method is to
intercept the ports directly, like firewalls do. In any event, check
to see if the manual or online help mention anything about duplicate
email.
