I found this on a message board.  The file in question is not free, I think it's
around $12.00.
If I see anything 'free' I'll let you know.
I was thinking that winamp does what you are wanting, but I'm really not sure.
You might want to look that up to see.

.wav. There are many .wav to .mp3 convertors. There MIGHT be a converter 
straight
from .ra to .mp3 but I am not aware of it. My method might be a little pain,

does work.
