Kids should be given a USER account, instead of Administrator or Power User.

If the computer has Vista, it has a Parental Controls feature.

I'll pass this on, but the best way I think is to get the kids their own PC
and keep them off yours, tooooo many nasties found on Kids pop sites etc.
