You may be able to pry the key off, to see if there is any fluff or
crud interfering with it. A light coating of WD-40 or a similar light
lubricant may also help.

You can probably get a replacement keyboard, but you probably won't
like the price (and you'll like it less if you have someone else
install it). If you need to replace it, you're probably better off
with a standard USB keyboard, which you can simply plug in.
