[pchelpers] printer problem

It seems that all may be ok now. I told her to check the "scale to paper size
box" and make sure it was set to A4 before she printed and that appears to have
fixed it, she had used it as default "no scaling"
One of the problems with living 120 miles away, you can't see at a glance what
is happening on a PC screen

PS now we've only got to solve the mouse thing. Someone told her to disable the
"touch pad" but I don't believe that.
