[pchelpers] printer, had it shared, now it won't share again

I've been having the same thing happen over and over.  Maybe it's all 
because of sp2, I don't know.

Now when I install my printer, it can't find the port on install and so 
it by default puts it at the lpt 1 port.

Then when I share the printer, and go to 'add a printer' on a remote pc, 
it can't find it.
It says it must have lost it's connection with the server or is typed wrong.
It doesn't tell me what to do of course! hehe

It browses for the printer.  It see's the name of my other computer. My 
desktop one that has the printer connected to it.
 It has a box where I am suppose to type in the name.
My printer is an hp deskjet 990cse.  I put it's name on the desktop pc 
as hp990.
So, in the wizard I've tried all kinds of combinations to put in that 
box like:
//hp deskjet 990cse/hp990
//tawrena-7-2003/hp990
<that tawrena-7-2003 is the name of the desktop pc, and it is what it 
DOES see when it does the browse for printer in the wizard>

I'm at a loss as to what to do to ever get this shared again.

I think it was in November that I had it all working great.  Then out of 
the blue one day I got a spooling error and it could not find the 
printer so what do I do, I go and delete the shared printer. Same error 
on pc #3 so I deleted the remote printer sharing on it too.   It's been 
'let the fun begin, sigh' ever since.
