[pchelpers] Re: printer

I sometimes would have that problem with a Canon printer I had.
The only thing that seemed to work for me was to shut down the pc and
printer, unplug the printer cable from the printer and unplug the
printer.
Then, replug everything, and turn on the computer and printer again.
