Don't you just love standards? As the saying goes, there are enough
for everyone to have their own. :)

"NC" means "Not Connected".
"vcc" means "power"

One side is X, other is y.

Have you trirf Safe Mode?

Does your new board have a chipset that's non-Intel and different mfg
from previous one?

Did you see my previous msg about the heatsink fan?  Try putting old
board back in and installing drivers for new MB.
