My motherboard has 4 USB devices.
Two goes to the 2 USB ports that fits in a pci back plate. It came with
the motherboard.
The other two are for any front usb ports that you may have on front of
your computer case.
The front usb cables are loose and each wire has a label.
The back usb plate cables are sealed with a plug on the end that fits in
the usb device on the motherboard.
