Yes. The pci back plate has 2 usb ports connected by one cable that
splits into two ends
that plugs into the two slots on the motherboard.
That leaves two more usb slots on the motherboard waiting for me to plug
the front panel
usb cable in, as soon as I find out with individual wire plugs onto
which pin, since the cable
ends are loose and doesn't end in a plug.
