You should be able to find out either from the board manufacturers site 
and/or the instructions that came with the tower itself

According to the above link it could be your graphics card or your 
memory or you could need a processor update. Have you installed all the 
software for the motherboard?

You could for the time being hook your drive up to another system and 
copy all the mp3's onto a disk
