Encryption means that only you (or someone else with the password to
the account) can access the files in question. Resetting the password
for the account means that you can't access the files anymore, unless
you happen to have made a recovery disk. It appears that System
 Restore can also restore access, by means of changing the password
back. I'd really suggest that you find other means to restrict access
to any files that you don't want others to get into.

Well I didn't Encrypt anything don't need my parents are in their 80's and 
no one else is around to worry about. And to be honest I don't have anything 
secret on my pc I am like a open book...turn the pages and red me ( ~ ; 
thanks for explaining all this Scott I finally understand.
