Have you played any with TweakUI, or with the Local Security Policy
under Administrative Tools, or other tweak utilities?  One of those
may have done the deed.  If you've removed any malware recently, see
last paragraph.

Check here to see if any of the registry entries listed exist on your

If none of the above seem to apply, scan with CWShredder, AdAware, and
Spybot.
