You have a horrible problem there. If these are present, there is only 
one option. Finding them may be impossible, so the drive must be 
formatted. There is only one way to be certain of removing them, and 
that is by removing everything.

Before you do, try backing up your documents and personal data to CD. 
After re-formatting, you will need to re-install everything (underline 
that). There is a small risk one of these things could get on the 
backup, but it is most likely to hide in the windows system areas or 
related places. If you are concerned, then only copy back such files as 
you need to work with. It is tough advice, I know, but rootkits are 
tough customers.
