[pchelpers] Re: pc does not see shared files

Ok. 
I clicked on  a FOLDER in the laptop.  I rightclicked and then clicked 
'sharing and security'.
Under sharing, I put a check mark in both boxes to share it on the 
network and let others change the files.
That folder now has a little hand showing up with it.
On the laptop, in my network places... it see's stuff from the desktop 
just fine.

The desktop pc does not see the laptop in the same location.
