[pchelpers] password

Ok ME and on down you can RT click a folder and go to sharing.
Then you have the options of sharing that folder. 
what control they will have over the folder and you can even
password protect that folder.
Now in XP I can share a folder but I can't find any options
to password protect it. What gives.
