[pchelpers] outlook express question

In the 'inbox' in outlook express, how do you get it to show the size of the 
emails sitting in the inbox?
I have some mail just sitting there and my isp says my mailbox is too full 
AGAIN...
so I was going to sort the mail in that program by size and delete some of the 
big stuff.
