[pchelpers] Re: outlook express freezing up

Hi John:

1.  How long since you did the basic checks, scandisk, sfc etc
       Did all that 4 days ago-

2.  Has it been cold booted?
      Cold boot  2 days ago. Will do that too.

3.  What other stuff is running?
     Antivirus
     Netwatchman
     Firewall
     MSN messenger I updated it
     ICQ
     ATI
     Volume

With Windows 2000 pro-- can you close those programs running in task
manager-- I am not very familiar with task manager, I was wondering about
the CAD procedure.  Its much different than win 98 and win Me---So far I
have been illiminating as much as possible when installing programs so they
are not booting up at startup. Thanks again. Jackie
