[pchelpers] oohhh I just could kick myself!!!

I  backed up my email using outlook express quick backup I thought I would 
test it out baaad mistake I know I goofed somewhere along the line---anyways 
I got my special folders, addresses,  sent , draft , but not in the inbox 
email  it was all gone-- does any one know how to get my inbox email back 
into tact please?   I just could kick myself for being so stupid ... I am 
afraid to try it again and lose everything. -- Thanks--Jackie

PS I am fighting bad infection I had reconstructive surgery and total knee 
replacement that turn out bad
     I fell and broke my shoulder and upper arm --
