[pchelpers] Re: ooh my!!!

It was one of the first programs windows 2000 pro accepted I have  the
latest WTLIB 99-- I looked in  the properties it already accepted many  word
processors. Since I installed window 2000 pro I never had a problem with
WTLIB Library.  I added  StarOffice 6.0  then I had a glitch some where
anyhow its okay now. Yes windows2000 professional is based on NT Technology

The WT Library copies I have seen were written for Windows 9x type
systems. Unless I miss my guess, 2000 is based on NT and has a whole
different engine driving it. Are you sure the version you have is made
to run on it?
