[pchelpers] Re: not writing into quotes

My apologies for that. The system was beginning to misbehave at the 
time, so it proved tricky to do. Not long after, windows froze up and I 
just re-installed it in a new directory.. Now to try and get all the 
email and settings back. Hmmm.
