Yes, unfortunately. Consumer tech. support (I can say this, it's public
knowledge) was outsourced to Spectrum Contact Services -- who also does TS
for Microsoft, AOL, etc. Comparing Symantec to Spectrum is like day and
night. SOOOO many restrictions at Spectrum it ain't funny.
