While working at Symantec (idiots layed 270 of us off!) I saw a lot of this.
Klez will do this because it sends a random file as an attachment as well as
the actual virus. I see you're using OE 6.0.2600 which means either you're
using XP or you updated IE/OE to latest version. Either way, you won't be
affected by this because the MIME exploit is patched in IE 6 (assuming you
did full install or are using XP). Are you using A/V software? Depending on
which brand, it should flag it if you try and run it.
