[pchelpers] non text virus

Is anyone else besides me getting the none text virus coming in an attachment? 
I'm getting anywhere from 2-8 a day have been ever since I got back from Canada.

Thanks you guys for helping me with the pc freeze thing. I did everything you 
said successfully I might add. I now have 69% when I go on line. With msn open 
and outlook express its down to 49% free oh it just dropped to 40% is that bad?

Do I need to free more space? If so how?
