It may be useful to enquire about the message settings your sister has 
(such as whether they are appended to the massage or contained in the 
body of it). What you got suggests the former.

I got one this morning with several photos attached to a plain text 
message. It separated the pictures perfectly. Possibly the sender may 
have tried to send it as a "word" document, which could cause such 
problems due to all the extra formatting information involved.
