Not quite; if you look more closely, it says "A male / B male". In
other words, both ends are male, but they're different types, "A" and
"B". "A" plugs into the computer and "B" plugs into the printer.

The Cables To Go cable should work, and is a much more reasonable
price than the $18 bilk-job.
