Your right. I should have said it can see and enter the folder, but it 
can't do anything with the files

When I say it can access the files I mean I can copy and paste the files 
back and forth between
the two computers. And I can open the DOC files for editing.

I have sharing turned on with full permission on the folder and the 
hard-drive.
