Hi Folks: Well I had a big hoop-dee-doo I couldn?t get into my
computer? It would load up when it came to choosing which OS I wanted no
way could I get in either of them .I have dual booting Windows Me and
Windows 2000 pro, (Window 2000 is default) while I was installing
windows 2000 pro it didn?t ask me to make a startup disk like the other
windows did. The only thing I had was a startup disk for win me?and I
had to boot from that I had to repair Windows Me too. I put the cd 2000
in and selected repair phew!!! It did repair my windows 2000, I do have
a problem with windows explorer sometimes it says it created an error
and closes down. I was wondering how to fix that, I made an emergency
repair disk and copied my registry on same disk. Are there other disks
I should be making so if I ever need to boot from them if so how many? I
have a full edition of win 2000 pro. I went to the Symantec site to
have my computer scanned for that virus even though I had the latest
updates. I closed down and when I went to boot up I was locked out I am
wondering if the configuration was changed somehow- I would appreciate
any comments and advice given. And a big thank you
Jacqueline MacWhirter
