I'm greedy so I'm throwing out another question. I have a new Windows XP[PC]next to my old Windows95[PC]. I want to operate both at least until I get my hobby data transferred. I have moved the cable connection to the XP System, but I would like to share the cable so that I can have both PCs on the internet with the minimum of complexity. I am the only user of the two PCs. I don't want to upgrade the OS to the six year old 95[PC] as a first thought. I've never had a fire wall on my old PC s so I have little interest in that. A free six months of AOL came with the XP. This could be a solution if they would allow me to put it on old WIndows95[PC] but, I would hate to tie up the telephone line with that sort of a connection. When I search info on the LINKSYS cable routers I find more than I bargan for in complexity.
