[pchelpers] need help uninstalling a program

When my dropbox wasn't acting right, I downloaded a program - syncplicity.

Dropbox is up and running again and I want to remove syncplicity.

Vista Home Premium.
In add/remove programs, it won't remove. I get an error message : the
system administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.
When I click ok, I get this message: you do not have sufficent access
to uninstall syncplicity. Please contact your system administrator.

In the past, I was able to log off and log in as administrator and then
remove it in add/remove programs.
(not with THIS program, but when others gave me the same messages)

But when I did that this time, syncplicity is not listed in the
add/remove programs when logged on as administrator.
So, I don't know what to do now.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
