[pchelpers] need antenna system

I need some type of antenna system for my wireless network.
First the spec.

2.4 Gz wireless hub with a matching PCI wireless card
22mbps 4x mode
Good for 300 ft inside and 900 ft outside.

The hub is located inside the house against the outside wall.
The PCI card is in the computer located in another building
on the outside wall facing the hub. There is 120 ft between them.
The signal is always low or very low. I can't move any files over
2mb big cause it keeps dropping the signal.

I thought I would fix up an outside antenna for the PCI card. I can get the 
wire with the screw that fits the back of the PCI card. But that is as far
as I know about antennas. On the outside I will have a cable sort of like
a tv cable. What kind of antenna is best and how do you hook in the wires?
Which would be the best, Dish, loop, or rabbit ears?

Or do they have outside antennas for wireless cards already made up
and really to go?
