The article certainly doesn't go out of its' way to tell you that
hooking up to someone's network without permission isn't terribly legal.
On the other hand, if the sysadmin does the advertising, that's another
matter. And, as the article says, it's a free security check,
especially since it seems that a lot of the sysadmins, at least in
London, haven't been making their networks very secure anyway.
