[pchelpers] message delays

Hi Re-Na

The frequent message delays we see in this forum don't seem to have to
do with the time zone differences. For some reason some messages sent to
PCHelpers get through much faster than others (not talking about those
delayed because they quote more than 30 lines in one piece). And there
doesn't seem to be an easy answer like regional "discrimination". There
have been many messages sent by people wondering why their previous
message has not arrived yet or why they receive answers to their own or
other people's questions before the question etc.

I sent my answer at 1:48 PM and Martha hers at 5:25 PM, but you got hers
before mine, which you got with an almost 6 hour delay even though i got
it within a minute of sending it.

Cheers, Ekhart

PS: I don't insist on being called by my full name (-:

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
