[pchelpers] mail folder / thunderbird

I've just now upgraded Microsoft Outlook that syncs with my pocket pc.

I can import mail and addresses from Thunderbird.  It wants to know 
where the mail file is in Thunderbird.  I will try to browse and find 
it, but in the meantime if someone would remind me of the location I 
would be grateful.
