I have an Acer Aspire 3000 running WinXP. When I am in standby for a while, or
hibernate over several days, I lose my internet signal. My connection is WiFi.
The systray icon will say I have an excellent signal & am connected to my
wireless network. But the reality is I can't get on unless I reboot. Is there a
fix for this? Is my machine somehow connected, but unaware of it?
Cheers,
Ellen M.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
