[pchelpers] log on problems

Well Ek, I did as you requested and reinstalled Goole Tool Bar and checked that 
Page Rank wasn't checked, and it still is taking 3 weeks to load my browser 
page, so I will be uninstalling it again.  Now I just have to put up with a few 
pop ups, unless anyone knows of a good FREE one that won't interfere with the 
sweet running of my PC.
