[pchelpers] Re: linking shortscuts from another partition

To put things in perspective, If you run XP, the whole machine is 
running in XP. The same is true of windows 2000. This only applies while 
those systems run. So if you want to run something else under one of 
them, feel free to create a shortcut from the program concerned (or copy 
one from the other desktop and make any adjustments needed). As long as 
the program is capable of running on both, you should be fine.
